NW Rapid Manufacturing CNC machining services turn precision milling direct from 3D CAD data.

Most in-house machining is done in support of design and engineering efforts. We typically process Aluminum but other materials are possible. We are involved in some small volume manufacturing but utilize external partners for higher volumes.

The workhorse of NW Rapid's machine shop is the Mori Sekei 5100, a machining center with high reliability and versatility, with a high torque spindle 2.3 times more powerful than conventional machines. With a table size of about 53" x 23.5" the Mori Sekei 5100 has the largest Y-axis travel in its class. With the MasterCam, CNC software in use, NW Rapid can turn precision milling from CAD data in less time and with greater precision.
