Specific to the laser sintering process, we have a much higher than average level of know-how and processes including qualification parts to maintain our part quality.  On our thin walled parts, it’s important that the parts do not tear along the layer lines.  This means we have a good adhesion between the layers.

Our close partner NWUAV has AS9100 certification and can support us in projects requiring this as well as providing other additional resources.
