Selective Laser Sintering Machines
NWRapid Will Turn Your CAD Data into a Finished Part.
- The EOS system is designed to allow the use of other materials not directly supplied by the vendor.
- Another benefit is the robust German engineering that minimizes downtime. EOS laser sintering systems, including our P 390 and P 730, and P 760 are very reliable, running 1000s of hours with little maintenance.
- Visit Why Prototype Your Idea for more information about why EOS Laser Sintering is a smart choice for your business.
- EOSINT P 390 Is our productive workhorse, and is an economical solution for the e-manufacturing of plastic parts from polyamide or polystyrene materials. This system is capable of producing multiple parts or a single large part in a few hours. The P390 is capable of printing functional high-quality nylon parts, patterns for plaster, and investment casting.
- Effective Building Volume: 340 x 340 x 620mm
- Building Speed (material-dependent): Up to 35 mm height/h
- Layer Thickness (material-dependent): 0.1 - 0.15 mm typically
- Scan Speed during build process: Up to 6 m/s
- EOSINT P 730 Is one of the largest plastic SLS systems available. With a double-laser system and horizontal build it produces the highest part quality, increases productivity and is suited for complex geometries. The P 730 is capable of printing functional high-quality nylon parts, patterns for plaster, and investment casting. Parts are suited for use with fuels and other similar aggressive substances.
- Effective Building Volume: 700 x 380 x 580mm
- Building Speed (material-dependent): Up to 35 mm height/h
- Layer Thickness (material-dependent): 0.12 mm typically
- Scan Speed during build process: Up to 2 x 6 m/s
- EOSINT P 760 Is the newest of our SLS machines. This machine’s increased capacity makes it exceptional for use in serial production, spare parts and functional prototypes.
- Effective Building Volume: 700 x 380 x 580mm
- Building Speed (material-dependent): Up to 32 mm height/h
- Layer Thickness (material-dependent): 0.06 - 0.10 - 0.12 - 0.15 - 0.18 mm
- Scan Speed during build process: Up to 2 x 6 m/s
